Our approach to recruitment is fair, thorough, and friendly. We’ll keep you posted every step of the way.

Although everyone’s recruitment journey is different, the process from application to offer typically takes two to four weeks, depending on availability and client/project needs.

For graduates and industrial placements, vacancies go live in late autumn, followed by interviews in the New Year with offers confirmed shortly after, for an autumn start.

Phone or video interview

Let’s get to know each other!

We’ll arrange a short (~30-minute) chat with a member of our recruitment team, to discuss your experience and knowledge, and help you get a feel for whether the role is right for you.

We may also discuss relocation, if applicable.

Assuming this goes well we will then arrange for you to have a more in-depth discussion with one of the technical team

On-site interview

Next, we’ll invite you to either our Cambridge (UK) or Raleigh, NC (USA) office to meet your appraiser (hiring manager), potential team members and senior consultants face to face.

This is a great chance to meet some of the people you’ll be working with and experience our facilities.

During your visit, it’s likely we’ll ask you to take a technical assessment.


If we feel we’re a good match, we’ll make you an offer.

We’ll agree your start date, and make sure you have everything you need in advance.
