Day 1 at 10.00am EDT

Time-to-Market: An obvious yet perpetual challenge

Clare Beddoes | Head of Drug Delivery

Time-to-market, first to file, patent lifespan ticking down etc – phrases we’re all familiar with and a challenge the drug delivery industry faces daily.

So why focus on this obvious challenge? Because it’s not going away, because it’s obvious yet elusive, because the pressure is continually ramping up – because there are ways to tackle it that can be focused on and shared.

In this talk we will look at some of the challenges threatening time-to-market, including increasingly complex therapeutics and stakeholder requirements, integration (or not) of digital, manufacturability and views on sustainability. We will consider what can go wrong and related consequences. We will also look at the way some of the solutions to those challenges are closely integrated and how that relationship can be exploited to help achieve pressing deadlines

Day 1 at 2.45pm EDT
